20+ years in Broadcast sales & management (incl. Disney & ABC), I was one of 15 women (10,000 candidates) selected by ABC to attend Simmons Graduate School of Management in Boston, a program designed to identify future corporate executives. Courses taught from Harvard Business School case studies covered advertising and economics to focus groups and the importance of understanding countries & cultures when bringing new products to market.

My background means clients can expect an understanding of the market - including trends/tolerances along with individually-designed marketing plans that get their property noticed by KEY groups of Buyers. In 2019 I closed $15M+ in individual properties. In 2020 my clients will have some exciting new opportunities to get their property in front of highly-qualified Buyers. Stay tuned!

An avid equestrian and breeder of sport horses I'm also the proud owner of two rescue dogs.

Find Your Next Home

You need someone who knows this area inside and out and has done their homework before your first meeting! My clients appreciate the attention to detail (city/county construction projects planned that may or may not affect you: noise, traffic, resale) that I bring to the first meeting along with options based on discussions we'll have had prior to meeting. My goal is to maximize our time - and that means being ready to find you the right home w/the amenities that matter to you in your price range and time frame. Once we've found several choices, we'll formulate a game plan (vital in this volatile market) designed to get you in the home of your dreams.

Sell a Home

When it's time to move, you need someone who can assist you with pricing (an art and science) staging and advertising your home and setting up open houses. Further, my job is to make sure any offers you consider are from qualified buyers (those w/a lender's approval letter) and once you have an offer in hand you like, go through it w/you line-by-line before signing and returning or countering.
