I can honestly recommend Kim for ANY sort of house or property you are looking for. We had an equestrian property we were looking to sell and then also find a new one as we were looking to grow a bit with our house and location. From the start, Kim is amazing with communication. She’s the type of person that communicates with you daily on what’s going on which is just amazing and very appreciated. You don’t come across such dedicated hard working people like Kim anymore! I swear the woman doesn’t sleep! From the creative open houses she did (she did a tack sale at one and ALWAYS brought refreshments for the guests) to the extra touches she was willing to provide (she helped us decorate our yard!) she is the TOPS in this industry and if we ever decide to move again (which we probably won’t because she found us the PERFECT property!) she is my first call! A true friend and business woman. I will absolutely pass her name along to anyone that I know that is looking to sell or buy. Thank you Kim for everything you do!
